On the day when you brought your son or daughter to the Church for baptism you were asked several questions. In addition to stating the name you had given your son and daughter, renouncing evil and professing your faith, you were asked this very important question, "You have asked to have your child baptized. In doing so you are accepting the responsibility of training him / her in the practice of the faith. It will be your duty to bring him / her up to keep God's commandments as Christ taught us, by loving God and our neighbor. Do you clearly understand what you are undertaking?" Our Faith Formation Programs here at Saint Martin of Tours Parish are here to assist you in this solemn undertaking.
All of our programs are structured around faithfulness to the Sunday Mass, frequent celebrations of the sacraments, and the role of the family as the Domestic Church. We are here to help you in your vocation as Christian mothers and fathers. The focus is not on classroom learning but a living faith in the context of the parish and the home.
Welcome to St. Martin of Tours Faith Formation for 2026 - 2027
Traditional: students attend once a week for one hour as usual.

Family Formation: This program combines monthly classroom lessons and weekly home lessons. This enables parents to be the primary educators in Faith Formation while passing on the Catholic Faith to your children. Parents and children will learn aspects of our beautiful Faith together.

Registration will be online the same as last year and will be open soon. Registration must be completed by August 4th. Please use this Link to register.
Our classes will be held on the same days as last year but the times have changed: 1st through 7th grades on Monday 4:30 to 5:30; Monday 6:00 to 7:00; Tuesday 6:00 to 7:00 or Saturday 9:30 to 10:30 (every Saturday).
The 8th grade (separate calendar) will meet 7:15 to 8:15 on Monday evenings (every Monday) or Saturday mornings 9:30 to 10:30 (every Saturday).

If you are new to the St. Martin of Tours Parish, you must first complete the St. Martin of Tours Parish Registration Form and then come back to complete the Religious Education Registration Form. Please call the rectory to make sure your family is registered in the parish. Registering for Faith Formation does not automatically register you in the parish.
